  • 6 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, thinly sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prep the dish – Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Rinse the rice – Run cold water over the rice until it’s clear to remove excess starch.
