Description

Delicious Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies with festive sprinkles, perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter (slightly softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅔ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • 9 Halloween Oreos (orange creme filling)
  • ¼ cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Scoop cookie dough (about ¼ cup per cookie), flatten it in your hand, place an Oreo in the center, then wrap the dough around to seal.
  7. Place cookie dough balls on the prepared sheet, spacing them out. Bake for 9–10 minutes until edges are set but centers still look soft.
  8. Top with extra chocolate chips straight from the oven. Let cool for 5 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Use Halloween Oreos for a festive touch. Don’t overbake for chewy centers. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
