Description
These Halloween brookies combine fudgy brownies with festive ghost cookies and candy for a fun holiday dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box store-bought brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the package)
- 1 package Pillsbury ghost-shaped sugar cookie dough
- 1 package Halloween M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Stir in ¼ cup Halloween M&M’s, then spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Place sugar cookie dough pieces evenly across the batter, spacing so they don’t spread together.
- Sprinkle extra M&M’s on top.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes, until edges are crisp and a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use a plastic knife to slice brownies cleanly without tearing. Make ahead: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Swap in other seasonal cookies or candies to enjoy brookies all year round.
