Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 6–7 minutes
Total Time: 22 minutes
Servings: 6 mini pizzas

Ingredients

6 flour tortillas (cut into 4 ½ to 5-inch circles)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese (for pumpkin designs)
Black olives (for eyes, smiles, and spiders)
1 slice tomato (for mummy base)
1 small piece bell pepper (for pumpkin stem)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cut tortillas into circles (4 ½ to 5 inches wide). Brush both sides with olive oil. Heat each side in a skillet until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla crust and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella to one or two pizzas (for the spider base). Leave others plain for decorative cutouts.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 6 minutes until the cheese is melted and sauce bubbly. Remove from oven.
  5. Decorate:
    • Mummy: Layer strips of mozzarella over a slice of tomato, add olive eyes.
    • Pumpkin: Cut cheddar cheese with a pumpkin cutter, add olive or pepper pieces for the face and stem.
    • Ghosts: Cut mozzarella slices with ghost-shaped cutters, add olive eyes.
    • Spider: Use one halved olive for the body and sliced olives for legs.
    • Faces: Use sliced olives and veggies to make smiling faces.
  6. Return pizzas to the oven for 1 minute, just until cheese cutouts begin to melt slightly. Remove before designs lose definition.

Pro Tips

Use thin flour tortillas for a crispier crust.
Add decorative toppings after the first bake to keep shapes sharp and defined.
Experiment with different cheeses or veggies to create your own Halloween pizza characters.
