Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey (or hot honey for spice)
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet tray with parchment.
- Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes per side, flipping once, until edges are crisp.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle on feta and parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
