Description
A quick and delicious dinner made with juicy steak, zucchini, onions, and cheese tortellini, all coated in a rich Parmesan Garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 strip steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, cut into pieces
- 10 oz grape tomatoes
- 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce (or your favorite garlic sauce)
- Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning (or substitute with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika)
Instructions
- Cut the steaks into cubes, slice the zucchini, and slice the onion. Set everything aside.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil or avocado oil. Add the zucchini, onion, and tomatoes to the griddle, and season with the garlic butter seasoning. Cook until softened, then add the steak cubes and season them the same way. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add the frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour about 1/4-1/2 cup of water over it. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes until the tortellini is tender.
- Once the tortellini is done, stir in the Parmesan Garlic sauce and remove from the griddle. Stir the veggies and steak until fully cooked.
- Serve the steak, veggies, and tortellini on a tray or sheet pan. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Notes
Can be made on the stove using two skillets if a griddle is not available. Great for customizing vegetables and varieties of steak.
