Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
