Description

Delicious and customizable frozen yogurt pops that are perfect for a refreshing treat on a warm day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup fruit puree or diced fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, berries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks


Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt with fruit puree or diced fruit, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks into the molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until fully solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the mold to release the pops.
  6. Enjoy your delightful fruity yogurt pops!

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt. You can substitute with dairy-free yogurt if desired.
