Delicious and customizable frozen yogurt pops that are perfect for a refreshing treat on a warm day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup fruit puree or diced fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, berries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions
- Combine yogurt with fruit puree or diced fruit, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until fully solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the mold to release the pops.

Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt. You can substitute with dairy-free yogurt if desired.
