Oven-Baked Turkey Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) for low and slow cooking.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover tightly.
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
Remove the foil, brush with BBQ sauce (if using), and broil for 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Grilled Turkey Ribs
Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C).
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, flipping occasionally.
If using BBQ sauce, brush it on in the last 5 minutes to prevent burning.
Smoked Turkey Ribs
Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C) and add wood chips for extra flavor.
Place the ribs on the smoker grates and cook for 3-4 hours, spraying with apple cider vinegar every hour to keep them moist.
Wrap in foil for the last hour to ensure tenderness.
