Ingredients
  

60g vegetable oil

40g all-purpose flour

20g unsweetened cocoa powder

4 medium eggs

60g sugar-free milk

100g granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a 15x15x7 cm square cake pan with parchment paper.

    Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

      Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until pale and fluffy. Gradually add the oil and milk.

        Combine: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, ensuring no lumps remain.

          Prepare for baking: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in a water bath (80°C).

            Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

              Cool and finish: Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. Decorate with chocolate ganache for a rich, glossy finish.
