For the Filling:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb cooked breakfast sausage crumbled (or diced bacon)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Biscuit Topping:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
