Description

Delicious homemade Easter eggs made with creamy peanut butter and sweet white chocolate, perfect for sharing with family.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Natural food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into egg shapes with your hands, then place each on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the peanut butter eggs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
  5. Divide the melted chocolate into different bowls and mix in natural food coloring to achieve your desired colors.
  6. Dip each chilled peanut butter egg into the colored white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, and place it back on the baking sheet.
  7. Let any excess chocolate drip off and allow the eggs to set in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
