Description
A refreshing treat bursting with tropical flavors, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple chunks and coconut water in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space for expansion.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
- Enjoy by running warm water over the outside of the molds to easily release the popsicles.
Notes
For a sweeter flavor, add a tablespoon of agave syrup. You can also experiment with different fruits or add a squeeze of lime juice.
