Description

These Vampire Bat Marshmallow Pops are the perfect mix of spooky and sweet, making them a hit at any Halloween party.

Ingredients

  • 15 marshmallows
  • 1 cup dark chocolate candy melts
  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 30 small candy eyeballs
  • 1 tube red decorating gel
  • 15 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Melt dark chocolate candy melts in a double boiler or microwave (15–30 second intervals, stirring in between).
  3. Separate chocolate sandwich cookies, scrape out the cream, and break halves into wings. Place them broken side down, two per bat.
  4. Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each marshmallow until halfway through.
  5. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off.
  6. Place dipped marshmallow on top of cookie wings to form the bat base.
  7. Add two candy eyeballs to each while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Allow pops to dry fully, then use red decorating gel to draw a small “W” for vampire fangs.
  9. Serve immediately, or add fangs right before serving if transporting.

Notes

Use fresh, dry marshmallows so the chocolate sticks smoothly. Work one pop at a time so the chocolate doesn’t harden before attaching the eyes.
