  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  3. Arrange the chopped fruits evenly over the brown sugar layer.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
