Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (18-ounce)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, folding it in gently until just combined.
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top of the dough balls for an extra chocolatey bite.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the center appears soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For the best flavor and texture, do not overmix and consider chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
