Ingredients
- 2 Tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Season the tuna steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side, cooking it to your preference.
- In a small saucepan, sauté minced garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Simmer the mixture until slightly thickened.
- In a bowl, toss mixed greens, chopped cherry tomatoes, and cucumber with vinaigrette dressing.
- Serve the tuna steaks drizzled with creamy garlic sauce alongside the fresh salad.
Notes
