Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until combined.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers to the grill during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove chicken and peppers from the grill once cooked.
