Description
A drinkable version of tiramisu that combines creamy mascarpone with chilled cold brew coffee for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (cold)
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the mascarpone to make a light, spoonable cream.
- Pour cold brew into a glass and gently spoon the mascarpone cream on top.
- Dust with cocoa and add chocolate shavings if you like.
- Serve immediately, or chill briefly for a cooler texture.
Notes
Use room-temperature mascarpone for easier mixing. Don’t overwhip the cream for best texture.
