Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
