Description

A quick and delicious grilled salmon recipe inspired by Texas Roadhouse, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes until it starts to flake, then flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For deeper flavor, allow the salmon to marinate for up to an hour before grilling. Use a fish spatula to flip without breaking the salmon.
