Description

A festive and creamy dip layered with flavors of roasted red peppers and jalapeños, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup tamed jalapeños, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
