Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup tamed jalapeños, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Fold in jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and cheddar cheese; mix until evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
