Description

Enjoy succulent, tender ribs cooked in the oven, infused with rich flavors and a delicious barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Barbecue sauce (your choice, for slathering)
  • Apple cider vinegar (for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Rub the ribs generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, bone side down.
  4. Cover the ribs with another sheet of foil, sealing all edges tightly.
  5. Bake for 150 to 180 minutes, or until the meat is fork-tender.
  6. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  7. Broil on high for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, try different barbecue sauce variations or spices in the rub.
