Ingredients
- Pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Barbecue sauce (your choice, for slathering)
- Apple cider vinegar (for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Rub the ribs generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, bone side down.
- Cover the ribs with another sheet of foil, sealing all edges tightly.
- Bake for 150 to 180 minutes, or until the meat is fork-tender.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Broil on high for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
