Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for toppings
Instructions
- Start by finely chopping the salmon fillets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties—aim for about 4 to 6, depending on your preferred size.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook each patty for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the salmon burgers on toasted buns, topped with fresh lettuce and slices of tomato.
