Description

Delicious and light Tangy Salmon Burgers that add a zesty twist to your summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for toppings

Instructions

  1. Start by finely chopping the salmon fillets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties—aim for about 4 to 6, depending on your preferred size.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook each patty for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the salmon burgers on toasted buns, topped with fresh lettuce and slices of tomato.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for the best flavor; avoid overcooking to keep the burgers moist.
