- 4 cups (960 ml) broccoli florets, bite-sized
- ½ cup (75 g) red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup (75 g) dried cranberries or raisins
- ½ cup (60 g) sunflower seeds or chopped nuts
- ¼ cup (35 g) cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsps (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey or maple syrup
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and crumbled bacon (if using).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
