Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips, for topping
Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
- Prepare salad base: In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, black beans, and diced avocado.
