Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips, for topping


Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
