Description

Juicy chicken thighs with a glossy, sticky glaze that hits sweet first, then finishes with a warm sriracha kick, making it a perfect weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to make the glaze.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Pour the sauce over the thighs and turn them to ensure they are well coated.
  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting once or twice, until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra sticky edges, spoon additional glaze over the thighs near the end of baking.
