Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over the top. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a glossy, caramelized exterior.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor. If you have more time, let the salmon soak in the marinade for a few hours or even overnight.
