Description

A delightful fusion of flavors in a sweet, sticky glaze that elevates grilled salmon, perfect for weeknight meals or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over the top. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a glossy, caramelized exterior.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinate longer for deeper flavor. If you have more time, let the salmon soak in the marinade for a few hours or even overnight.
