A vibrant fruit salad paired with crispy, cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, perfect for summer picnics, holiday gatherings, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples, diced
  • 2 Kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Brown syrup

  • 2 tablespoons Fruit preserves
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced apples, kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the brown syrup, lemon juice, and fruit preserves in a separate small bowl. Pour this over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
  4. Coat the tortilla chips with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Serve the fruit salad alongside the coated tortilla chips for a delightful dipping experience.

Notes

For added flavor, you can use fresh orange juice instead of lemon in the dressing. Serve with yogurt for a fun breakfast option.
