Ingredients
- 8 oz bow-tie pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and add lemon zest, stirring well.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, then fold in fresh basil and pine nuts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve generously topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze in portions for up to a month.
