Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese inside each chicken breast.
  4. Secure the openings with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
