Description
Savor the flavors of summer with these juicy street-style beef kabobs, marinated to perfection and grilled with vibrant vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and onion powder to create a marinade.
- Add the sirloin chunks to the marinade, making sure they’re well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, interspersing with bell pepper and onion chunks.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, rotating occasionally, until the beef reaches your desired doneness.
- Serve hot and enjoy your street-style beef kabobs!
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the beef overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Cut veggies similar in size to the beef for even cooking.
