Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries until smooth.
- Mix in sugar, lemon juice, and water, then blend again until fully combined.
- Prepare for freezing by pouring the mixture into a shallow dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Freeze the dish in the freezer. Every hour, take it out and stir to break up any ice crystals, repeating for about 4 hours or until you achieve a sorbet-like consistency.
- Serve and enjoy by scooping into bowls or cones.
Notes
For best results, use ripe strawberries and adjust the sugar according to your taste preference. This recipe is naturally dairy-free.
