Description

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth.
  2. Mix in sugar, lemon juice, and water, then blend again until fully combined.
  3. Prepare for freezing by pouring the mixture into a shallow dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Freeze the dish in the freezer. Every hour, take it out and stir to break up any ice crystals, repeating for about 4 hours or until you achieve a sorbet-like consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy by scooping into bowls or cones.
