Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the frozen strawberries, frozen rhubarb, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Cover with a second pie crust or create a lattice top for a classic look.

Notes
