Description

Cool down with these refreshing homemade Strawberry Mango Popsicles, made with ripe strawberries and luscious mangoes for a vibrant summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, coconut water (or juice), and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until solid.
  4. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing treats!

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for up to two months. Label bags with the date for freshness.
