Cool down with these refreshing homemade Strawberry Mango Popsicles, made with ripe strawberries and luscious mangoes for a vibrant summer treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut water or juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, coconut water (or juice), and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your refreshing treats!
Notes
Store leftovers in the freezer for up to two months. Label bags with the date for freshness.
