Description

These easy Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Protein Bites are a perfect cold treat that are high in protein, low in carbs, and made with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 250g Greek yogurt (1 cup)
  • 150g strawberries (⅔ cup, or other fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the stems, and quarter them into small pieces.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, and agave syrup to a bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined and the fruit is evenly distributed.
  3. Fill the Ice Cube Tray: Transfer the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray and fill each cavity evenly.
  4. Freeze Until Solid: Place the ice cube tray in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight until frozen solid.
  5. Enjoy: Once frozen, pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the tray and let them soften for a couple of minutes before eating.

Notes

These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always let them sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating for optimal creaminess.
