Delicious and nutritious popsicles made with creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and granola, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, strawberries, almond milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about half full, and freeze for 1 hour.
- Add a layer of granola to each popsicle and top with remaining yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
Notes
You can substitute Greek yogurt with any non-dairy yogurt for a vegan version.
