Delightful steak kabobs loaded with marinated sirloin steak and fresh vegetables, perfect for grilling.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak the skewers: If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Marinate the steak: Combine steak pieces with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and ground pepper. Seal and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
- Preheat the grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat (450-500°F).
- Prepare the veggies: Drizzle cut veggies with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Assemble the kabobs: Thread the marinated steak and prepared veggies onto soaked skewers.
- Grill and serve: Cook the kabobs on the grill for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
