Description

Ingredients

  • Sirloin beef (or your favored cut)
  • Mushrooms (button mushrooms work well)
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • Onions (yellow or red for sweetness)
  • Garlic butter (made with butter and minced garlic)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the mushrooms, peppers, and onions into similar-sized chunks.
  3. Alternate threading the beef and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Drizzle the assembled kabobs with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef reaches your preferred doneness.
