Description
A nostalgic milkshake that combines chocolate ice cream, marshmallow creme, and crushed graham crackers, topped with toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream (softened slightly)
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme (a.k.a. marshmallow fluff)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk for creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus extra for decorating glasses
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Broiled or toasted marshmallows, for garnish (2–4)
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers, plus extra for rim
- 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows (optional)
- 2 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Chill your serving glasses and decorate them with chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers.
- Blend chocolate ice cream, marshmallow creme, and milk until thick and smooth.
- Pour into glasses, add whipped cream and toppings.
- Toast a few marshmallows quickly under the broiler or with a kitchen torch and crown each shake.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker shake, use less milk. For a vegan option, use plant-based chocolate ice cream and vegan marshmallow fluff.
