- Chicken drumsticks
- Salt (kosher preferred)
- Black pepper

- Paprika (smoked preferred)

Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 250°F (121°C).
- Season the drumsticks by patting them dry and sprinkling with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the drumsticks on the smoker grate with space between them.
- Add wood chips according to your smoker type.
- Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Sauce during the last 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Rest the drumsticks for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the smoker for good airflow. Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking.
