Description

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce


Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the dry rub.
  2. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs neatly in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the meat is tender.
  6. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush them with any remaining BBQ sauce if desired.
