Description

Tender and flavorful baby back ribs slow-cooked to perfection, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup dry rub (your choice)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Coat the ribs with your preferred dry rub.
  2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and set it to low for about 6-8 hours.
  3. Preheat your broiler once the ribs are tender.
  4. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and coat them with barbecue sauce.
  5. Broil the ribs for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  6. Serve and enjoy your juicy, tender ribs!

Notes

Trim excess fat from the ribs for best results. If possible, marinate the coated ribs in the fridge for a few hours to enhance flavor.
