Tender and succulent baby back ribs glazed with tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Place the seasoned ribs into a crock pot and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the top.
- Set your crock pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until tender.
- Preheat the oven broiler and transfer ribs to a baking sheet; brush with additional BBQ sauce.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to caramelize the sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
To store leftovers, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven for best results.
