Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine the base ingredients by pouring the milk into a jar. Add chia seeds and sweetener if using.
  2. Mix thoroughly to distribute the chia seeds evenly.

  4. Give it another vigorous stir to break up any clumps.
