Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas

- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

- For the garlic lime crema:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until they’re well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are pink and opaque.
- Mix together the sour cream, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt to create your garlic lime crema.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Assemble your tacos by placing cooked shrimp on a tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage and avocado slices, and drizzling with garlic lime crema.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
