Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
