Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft.
- Assemble the tacos: Place shrimp on each tortilla and top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, and fresh cilantro.
