Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft.
  4. Assemble the tacos: Place shrimp on each tortilla and top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, and fresh cilantro.
