Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks (any color you prefer)
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the shrimp, bell pepper, and onion in the bowl until everything is well coated with the marinade.
- Assemble the skewers, alternating between shrimp and veggies for a beautiful presentation.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turn opaque and the veggies are tender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your kabobs fresh off the grill!
Notes
Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning. Marinate for up to an hour for deeper flavor.
