Description

Succulent shrimp kabobs bursting with flavor and perfect for any gathering, from weeknight dinners to summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks (any color you prefer)
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the shrimp, bell pepper, and onion in the bowl until everything is well coated with the marinade.
  4. Assemble the skewers, alternating between shrimp and veggies for a beautiful presentation.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turn opaque and the veggies are tender.

Notes
